  • Abstract
    This paper explains factors which influence information system success within organization and outside organization and also it emphasizes on cross-organizational knowledge transfer. The results of this study shows effect of these factors and knowledge transfer. Especially, the effect of organizational culture and knowledge transfer can not be ignored.
