Abstract :
This paper elucidated how to evaluate wavefront property by precisely diagnose far field distribution. A Phi350 mm far field diagnostic device was designed to be applied on the 9th beam of Shenguang-II. The performance in 2007 indicated that 70% of total energy was focused in a 5 times of the diffraction limit diameter circle, while 95% of total energy was focused in a 13 times of the diffraction limit diameter circle.
