Abstract :
According to the characters of the tacit knowledge transfer in organization, PSO is adopted to establish a behavior model of tacit knowledge transfer in military organization. The classical PSO and two types of advanced PSO simulate three different learning principles. The simulation result shows that tacit knowledge transfer increases mean knowledge level in organization, while different study behavior has distinct effect on tacit knowledge transfer, and they have the similar effect on knowledge assimilation in organization.
