Abstract :
Industrial generic technology is the technology that is widely used in several industrial fields and produces a profound effect on industry. The Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation is considered to be an effective organization model for the research of industrial generic technology. The research of industrial generic technology relates to the complex relationships of cooperation and competition of all kinds of subjects, including enterprises, universities, research institutions, et.al. which demands of different organizations model for government. According to the persistence of R&D organization from weak to strong, the industrial generic technology R&D organization model can be divided into the project organization, technology alliances, R&D base and national generic technology research institution.
