Abstract :
This paper describes the theoretical and practical problems encountered during the development of broadband varactor tuned oscillators using bipolar transistor. We present an oscillator centered at 3 GHz with a tunable frequency ratio Fmax/Fmin = 3 and a minimum output power of 10 mW into 50 ¿.
