Abstract :
Both Er/Yb:Y2O3 and Er/Yb:(Y0.9La0.1)2O3 transparent ceramics have the same absorption and emission spectra. But Er/Yb:(Y0.9La0.1)2O3 has wider absorption and emission bandwidths, and longer fluorescent lifetime.
