Abstract :
There weren´t secondary phases observed in (Pr0.005Y0.895La0.10)2O3 nanopowders. The average grain size of nanopowders calcined at 1200degC is 40 nm. The excitation and emission peak is centered at 246 nm and 613 nm, respectively.
