Abstract :
Science and Technology Awards play a pivotal role in mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of researchers, and a reasonable bonus allocation would help to promote the positive effect. This paper analyzed the key issues in bonus distribution, based on the current status of allocation of science and technology awards and the feedback of the questionnaire survey of 2008 Shanghai Science and Technology Award winning projects. The paper cited performance appraisal and designed a kind of awards (bonus) allocation method, in order to give full play to its incentive role.
