Abstract :
Aiming at especial instance of UV curing for high speed revolving object, study on more application of UV LED is carried and a new scheme to fanlike UV LED array with lens is brought forward, and gradually increasing radiant incidence and uniform radiant dose along radius are received by this array. Optical simulation is carried through on Tracepro and result shows that technical problem on fast and even curing for high-speed revolving object (such as disk) is resolved. The paper has significant meaning for more wide application of UV LED.
