Abstract
A technique for improving the performance of a cyclic A/D converter is described. Based on the concept of charge redistribution, the approach is insensitive to the mismatching of capacitor, and requires only two steps per bit conversion. This technique can be realized with a switched-capacitor circuit with two fully differential operational amplifiers and a latch
