Abstract :
The effect of Ga2O3 addition on Raman scattering and thermal stability characteristics of TeO2-BaO-SrO-Nb2O5 glass system was investigated. With increasing Ga2O3 amount in the glass, there is only a little influence on the Raman scattering, but the thermal stability could be improved to a certain degree.
