  • Abstract
As the current Internet of things based on IP protocol exist many problems, this paper proposed a new architecture for converged Internet of things based on Vector Network (VN). The main property of this architecture as follows: (1) vector switching don´t require look up routing table, so Vector Network is a lightweight network which can meet the request for stub network of Internet of things fully; (2) propose ID and locator architecture which similar to tree structure, so it can provide huge number of identifiers; (3) according to object-oriented and fractal traits of VN the current different Internet of things can be encapsulated into a converged network by definition of layer network, so the different networks can communicate with each other; (4) because VN is connection-oriented, it can supply with QoS of carrier-class by credibility-based congestion control scheme.
