Abstract :
Mathematical model between energy and voltage has been established in this paper. The relationship between energy and voltage has been expressed in two linear stages. The best energy stability occurs in the voltage range of 700 V~1000 V, which RMS value is less than 2.5%. Uncertainty of laser output energy is expressed as: dF<0.425 T.
