Abstract :
Because different types of transmitted information content has different characters, it has different requests (such as importance, time sensitivity, Bandwidth etc.) for the QoS of transmission. A transmission network based on information content is designed in this paper. It can adopt different transmission policy for different types of transmitted information content which has different requirements for QoS, so that the information (especially the survivable information) is transmitted to the target terminal in demands on time, on quantity and reliably. It reduces the amount of transferred data and improves the utilization rate of channel by adopting multicast technology.
