Abstract :
Proposed development strategy aims to resolve regional issues in a local area, by use of ICT technology, to build a strong reliable regional high-speed network immune to disasters at a low cost and to achieve disaster monitoring and the emergency services in mountainous areas and rivers, by leveraging regional network. We will achieve the location confirmation service in fields for local residents and streaming feature that utilize GPS and a video distribution system such as audio, image, etc. We will also verify the functionality toward support of socially vulnerable elderly, disaster response and tourism support. We will also realize the live camera system which can PR to maximize the tourism resources. Specifically, the high-speed wireless mesh network utilizing WiFi system as a regional network will be realized. It is possible to construct a network quickly and inexpensively by utilizing only WiFi technologies without the use of optical line to connect WiFi access point device to another. It can also contribute to the reliability of the network since it can bypass other routes when one route is disconnected by connecting access point to another to mesh.
