Abstract
A novel dual band GSM antenna is designed and then tested. Meandering technique on a printed circuit is used to compact the size. A ground branch on the antenna is used to achieve good return loss. The antenna tested has a bandwidth covering GSM900 (890-960 MHz), DCS (1710-1880 MHz) and PCS (1850-1990 MHz).
