  • Abstract
    The quantitative relationship between a randomly shaped and orientated water distribution in a wet material and its dielectric constant is described by a superposition of differently shaped ellipsoids. The comprehension of this relationship allows to choose a combination of measurement data for a structure independent determination of the moisture content.
