So the competition has focused on providing customers a variety of attractive business and performance. This requires a stronger network, the introduction of more intelligence in order to improve network resilience of the business. Intelligent Network (IN: Intelligent Network) can offer the best support in this area, and this is the developing direction of telecom business.After mading an analysis and research on the structure and relations between intelligent net and Internet. And the application of IN technology on the Internet, a solution and concrete measures are proposed to the system realization of the connection and the call transference of IP telephone .
