Abstract :
A large number of second-hand articles will be generated when millions students graduate from 1908 universities or colleges of china every year. In order to facilitate the students to handle and re-use second-hand articles, supervisors usually designate a location on campus and determine a day for students face to face with free trading. However, this kind of method has many constraints in time and space. So many experts and scholars think that the Web Site of Reach-me-down Bargaining should be established Based on Campus Network, and study this problem roundly. But they avoided the key question: Who is going to invest in the construction of the Web Site of Reach-me-down Bargaining? How does it be operated and managed? Therefore, we put forward that the commercial banks may invest in the establishment of the Web Site of Reach-me-down bargaining based on campus-network to service students´ secondhand articles trading. Then to launch a new double-functions credit card that can release transaction information at the second-hand articles trading platform and has functions of bank credit card payment, a win-win system of market that commercial banks credit card product promotion and college students in second-hand articles trade will be built.
