Abstract :
The forces on the slide of 80MN titanium-alloy forging hydraulic press are analyzed thoroughly. Based on equivalent of deformation stress, the function relation between the positions of the measurement points and the forces on the slide is deduced and the dynamic model of the slide is set up to realize more accurate control of 80MN titanium-alloy forging hydraulic press.
