Abstract
The paper describes the necessity carrying out electronic commerce personalized services firstly. It constructed a electronic commerce personalized service model based on web mining and described in detail the basic design idea and functions. This will provide a certain theoretical basic and reference value to build a true electronic commerce personalized service platform.
