Abstract
Starting from the fundamental relationships that govern the microwave circulator design one can derive the formula of the working frequency. An analytioal expression for the relative frequency shift vs. temperature variations is inferred. The variation of effective permeability of ferrites and that of the working frequency of the circulator in the ¿20°C...+60°C temperature range is pletted. The experiments demonstrate a good concordance with the theory.
