In this paper,through the investigation of e-commerce´s developing actuality and demand in rural areas,analyses the existent potential of developing e-commerce in the rural areas,and finds the limitations of developing e-commerce in rural development,then puts forward some concrete measures of developing e-commerce in rural areas,makes suggestions for the e-commerce´s development in rural areas.
