Abstract :
At present, the level of heat treating is relatively low. With the development of production technology, how to improve the level of information of heat treating industry is becoming increasingly urgent. Heat treating is an important part of the manufacturing industry. The reliable and real-time data are supported by RFID technology which is an advanced means for data collection and acquisition in manufacturing execution system. For Characteristics of heat treating, this paper designed a Heat treating information management system. The system effectively improved the automation level of heat treating industry.
