Abstract :
e-Government Architecture is a strategic tool to guide the construction of e-Government. The concept and roles of e-Government Architecture is described. An e-Government Architecture framework is put forward, which is composed of performance, strategy, business, data, service and technical sub architecture. Then, the paper discusses how to improve e-government IT investment management by analyzing business alignment, technical alignment, reuse opportunity and collaboration opportunity based on e-Government Architecture.
