Abstract
The integrated fabrication process for conducting tube waveguide circuits is considerably improved. Q-factors up to 1000 around 30 GHz are obtained. It is shown, how, simultaneously, the process could be substantially simplyfied. So a cheap and sufficient method seems available for the mass production of mm-wave circuits in an integrated technology. As an example for applications, a high pass cutoff filter was fabricated. The measured insertion loss is shown.
