Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

When the enterprise does the purchasing, production sector is looking for quality, delivery and stability, longing to large companies. Purchasing department places more importance on price, while the lowest-priced supplier is often no way to make the production sector happy. Faced with this situation, the paper adopted the mixed strategy equilibrium model, which based on equilibrium game theory. We apply the effectiveness expectations of two departments choosing of the different vendors, solve the problem of choosing a supplier that the production sector will be satisfaction with the purchasing department, and also make the corporation profit-maximizing.
