  • Abstract
In terms of systems, in fact the city´s sustainable development is the coordination of urban internal mechanism. To select Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou, Yingkou, Panjin and Hu Ludao urbanization and ecological environment date to build urbanization and eco-environment subsystem. Taking advantage of principal components analysis (PCA) to determine comprehensive level of both subsystems by SPSS17.0 statistical software and then applying the membership degree function in fuzzy mathematics to calculate coordination degree between them. At the same time achieving visualization and dynamicity of research results by GIS Technology. The research shows that the level of urbanization comprehensive development in Liaoning coastal area is generally in an upward trend, but eco-environment behind urbanization. And it also indicates the level of sustainable development of the composite system is lower.
