Abstract :
Latex matrix is a kind of a grease with high viscosity, low heat conductivity of non Newtonian fluid, which is an important intermediate key parameter in the process of the emulsified explosive production. In the present technology condition, there are many difficulties in measuring this parameter in real-time.The design brings forward at first time a measurement of viscosity for latex matrix based on soft-sensing. It is by means of improved BP algorithm for soft sensor modeling and simulation with Matlab software, the results and the actual value of the deviation within the allowable range, which shows this method can be used for online real-time measurement of the viscosity of emulsion matrix.
