Abstract :
We report numerical studies on the behavior of liquid solid-state lasers. As an example in this paper we studied Laser emission from Nd:glass powder in phenylcarbinol (C7H8O) liquid pumped by a laser diode at 808 nm. The dependence on the powder size, concentration and refractive index are discussed by modeled using a Monte Carlo simulation.
