  • Abstract
Non-Playable Character behavior is essential to create a realistic simulation environment. In this paper, a computational intelligence approach is used to design strategy and behavior models of Non-Playable Character inside Battlefield Management System. The Non-Playable Characters are modeled using Self-Organizing Map as a part of predictive feature of the Battlefield Management System. A Combination of A* algorithm with Influence Map allows the unit find the shortest path between two positions on the map based on weight value of obstacle in the area map.
