Abstract :
Optimization design of the rotor can make the system have a good dynamic performance, and it is necessary to make a dynamics analysis for the magnetic suspension rotor on high speed revolution. In this paper, the finite element models of the rotor were established by the finite element analysis software, and initial ten order natural frequencies were calculated by the method of Block Lanczos. The rotor was optimized based on natural frequency taken as the optimizing target. The analysis results show that natural frequencies of the rotor are little difference under some situations. It provides reference value for the design and analysis of the flexible rotor and a way to avoid vibration of the effective way.
