Abstract :
Laser pulse output properties of 30 kHz Q-switched Nd:YVO4 lasers with La3Ga5SiO14 (LGS) electro-optic modulator (EOM) and RbTiOPO4 (RTP) EOM were studied detaily. End-pumped by laser diodes, the average output power of 6.2 W with the pulse width of 9.1 ns and 6.7 W with pulse width of 7.8 ns were obtained, the slope efficiency was 32.7% and 34.9%, respectively.
