Abstract
In this paper, automatic control of the oscillation phase of a single-electron transistor by a memory node with a small MOSFET were investigated. We propose a circuit that automatically controls of the phase of the Coulomb-blockade oscillation by feed back. In addition, we demonstrate Boolean multifunctional operation by using a proposed circuit.
