Perspective of Information Economy: Theoretical Model and Case Analysis of Enterprise Competition & Collaboration Ability

Many studies about the informatization and cohesion of enterprise are carried out separately. But in the information economy, with the systematic view of enterprise development strengthened, an enterprise should be regarded as the organism in economic eco-system, whose existence and development depends on its own competition-collaboration ability. Therefore, expanded from inside to outside of the enterprise, the above two objects are brand-newly discussed and closely associated, and it is established that the theoretical framework of promoting the enterprise competition & collaboration ability consists of concept definition, research hypothesis, model construction and analysis. The case analysis of Haier Group using the theory shows that the coupling, interaction and integration of enterprise informatization and cohesion logically map the activation, development and grandness of enterprise competition & collaboration ability, which is the vitality source for healthy growth of enterprise.
