Abstract
This paper presents a brief overview and a comparison of different kinds of computerized tomography (CT): transmission-CT and reflection-CT. The application and limitations of CT in the microwave region for medical diagnostic purposes are discussed. Experimental work is also reported. some basic imaging results demonstrate the resolution, which is better than one wavelength.
