Abstract :
This paper explores the relationships between characteristics of TMT and technological innovation in resource-based listed companies. 91 companies are selected as the research samples. The results show that there is significant positive relationship between top managers´ tenure and technological innovation (R & D input intensity); education specialty and occupational background of top managers have significant effect on technological innovation; on the other side, impact of age and educational level on technological innovation is not significant.
