Research about Urban Intelligent Traffic Management System

Based on the congestion in the cities, the article discussed the advantage and disadvantage between tradition urban traffic management and intelligent traffic management. The article put forward the design about synthetic urban intelligent traffic management based on internet. Intelligent traffic management is an efficiency measure. But all the subsystems of the ITS should be considered as a whole. In this way, it can reduce the cost of construction and maintenance, improve the efficiency of resource utilizing.
