Abstract :
"Software engineering is concerned with developing and maintaining software systems that behave reliably and efficiently, are affordable to develop and maintain, and satisfy all the requirements that users have defined for them", however is possible requirements defining take longer for researchers (users) on different disciplines especially when the technology is not easy to use and understand and the software technologist do not know multidisciplinary research fundamental concepts, dimensions of methodological analysis and synthesis This paper addresses the usefulness of multidisciplinary work among experts from various disciplines, including software technology, to facilitate the development of design and innovation capabilities or technological development, especially regarding application software and operating and process models approached from the paradigm of software engineering to development a Technological prototype of a National Wetlands Inventory in Mexico Software.
