In order to manage default risk in Logistics Service Supply Chains (LSSCs), the article analyzed the formation process of the default risk under the context of double principal-agent relationship and explored the corresponding risk management strategy from the perspective of contract design. Two default risk management models were built based on double principal-agent theory and the models show that default risk in LSSCs can be controlled by taking reasonable values of the variables in the models.
