Abstract :
This paper analyzes the difficulties and the corresponding key technology of the G.729 real-time implementation on the ARM, detailedly discusses G.729 speech codec algorithm and its optimization techniques on the ARM, and designs a set of the G.729 speech codec running on S3C2440 chip, according to its hardware structure and compiling system features.
