Abstract :
With the continuous development and prosperity of economic circle, inter-city population movement is growing rapidly, Inter-city traffic faces much pressure, using of sophisticated public traffic has significant advantages and prospects. But the traffic management systems in these cities are different; there is no unified management platform, which is now an urgent need to solve the problem. The paper propose a "Inter-city traffic card management system" which based on the IBM mainframe platform, it using the IBM mainframe as platform with DB2 for z / OS database for data storage, using CICS for transaction processing, and Web Interface and 3270 traditional interface used for UI , as a client and management interface. The system has powerful data processing and concurrent access capabilities, and has good scalability.
