  • Abstract
    In this paper, literature and access approach to understanding the other cities in Henan and some colleges and universities use and management of sports venues in the situation. The results showed that most of our university´s sports stadium with closed management, open society, less than a third of the stadium.college stadium to the open society to a certain extent, ease the social movements in places less than the hope that more college sports arenas and gymnasiums an open society. Although in some venues open to colleges and universities, the level of management and operation of the means of relatively homogeneous little effect on society in advocating for an open university venues also hope that the management level and operational tools need to be raised.
