Abstract :
A space qualified Ku-Band tunnel diode amplifier is described. This low noise receiver amplifier, which provides 14±0.1 dB gain in the 14 - 14.5 GHz Band with noise figure of 5.35 dB, is presently used in the INTELSAT-V Communication Satellites.
