State-owned assets for business operation management system implements three patterns of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, state-owned assets operation subject, operation enterprises, and the paper analyzes supervised uncertainty principal-agent gaming principle, which is used in state-owned assets for business operation management system, and establishes the three levels´ principal-agent model, with its Nash Equilibrium calculated.
