Abstract :
Summary form only given. Space Electronics Incorporated (SEi) has developed various technologies that allows certain COTS ICs to survive the unique requirements of space. These technologies include RADPAK, LPT and RadCoat. SEi has delivered to date over 8,000 nonvolatile memories to numerous satellite manufacturers. This presentation describes SEi´s various technologies, and shows some NVM reliability information, along with the products that SEi has developed over the years for space applications
