Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

To reduce the high failure rate of the ERP applications, the paper established a fuzzy evaluation model of enterprise´s ERP applications based on the theory of BSC (Balanced Score Card). Took 12 listed companies for example, the paper tested and evaluated the efficiency averages of their before and after 2 year´s ERP implementation. The results indicated that good effect has been obtained after implementing ERP system of the 12 listed companies, but customers and internal business process are to be strengthened, the old concepts of enterprise earning and growth are to be updated.
