Abstract :
Supply chain management comes from the practice of corporation management. However, being of some resemblance between the cultivating process of talents in higher education institutions and the producing process of products in corporations, ideas of supply chain management can be used to guide the cultivating process of talents in higher education institutions, so as to enhance the efficiency of talents´ cultivating. This article mainly discusses this problem.
