Abstract
By analyzing group decision making processes, it is proposed that there may be some interactions among experts´ preferences which can be described by fuzzy measures, and a group decision making method with experts´ preferences interactions is proposed. The method is based on the resemblance degree between the experts´ knowledge and between the expert´ comparison matrices, and the 2-additive fuzzy measures are calculated to represent the importance of experts. Choquet integral is used as the aggregation operators to obtain group´s preference. Finally, geological elements Appraisal Method in mining rights evaluation is to be improved by this method, and through example verifies the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.
