Abstract

Online human resources management system for wood industry is an interactive information system of job applicants in the industry of nondestructive evaluation. It aims to build an online virtual job market in which each enterprise can publish job invitations on line while the job applicants can submit their resumes according to their own interests and intentions. This system is extensive used because it greatly reduces the cost of human and economic resources which can almost replace the job market. It is a wonderful blueprint to introduce this system to our subject-nondestructive evaluation of wood industry.
